This syrup was made from crystal clear sap that has been frozen by mother nature during the early sap runs, then rapidly boiled in the sugarhouse evaportor. Producing very clear sweet maple syrup with a delicious flavor. It doesnt happen every year. It is a very special Maple syrup!
